Vegetable and fruit concentrates and flavors
VIN-KON-NIELEDEW, an award winning company of long standing tradition, manufactures, sells and provides services pertaining to high quality fruit and vegetables processing. We would like to emphasize our service production of concentrates from ecological fruit and vegetables, for which we have obtained an ECOLOGICAL CERTIFICATE. Of key importance for production of high quality concentrates and flavors is the HACCP system introduced at our plant, and our membership in SGF. Concentrates and flavors are sold in tankers or barrels.
We offer the following concentrates and flavors:
- Red beet concentrate extract: min. 65o Bx, acidity - min. 1.9%, betanin - ca. 0.4%
- Apple concentrate - during the apple
- Color fruit concentrates (chokeberry, blackcurrant, cherry, strawberry, etc.) - during the season
- Apple flavor - during the apple season
- Color fruit flavors (chokeberry, blackcurrant, cherry, strawberry, etc.) - during the season
