VIN-KON-NIELEDEW Sp. z o.o. was established on the assets of the former Fruit and Vegetable Processing Plant, which had been put into operation in the 1960s after transformation of the Hrubieszów Winery established in the 1950s.
For 50 years the plant has been one of the leading producers in the fruit and vegetables processing industry on the territory of the Lubelskie province. Located in the agricultural area of the Hrubieszów district, 30 km away from the Ukrainian border. A favorable microclimate, good insolation, an adequate amount of rain are the conditions which are conducive to growth of fruit and vegetables in an ecologically clean area.
The plant’s main line of business is production of fruit and vegetable concentrates, mainly apple concentrate as well as from color fruits such as: cherries, blackcurrant, strawberries, raspberries, chokeberries, cranberries and blueberries. Due to long standing experience in production of vegetable concentrates and first of all the red beet concentrate the plant is recognized by its customers for its unique, high quality.
The plant also provides production services, in particular from ecological fruit and vegetables, and has a certificate for such production issued by EKOGWARANCJA PTRE from Lublin.
Worthy of particular attention are the still drinks produced from fruit concentrates and the natural mineral water from the company’s own deep well. Analysis of the water, which is also used for production of the “Roztoczańska” mineral water and all other products, is performed by the Laboratory of the National Institute of Hygiene in Warsaw. Healthy and perfect water allows us to eliminate chemical preservatives from all products.
Wine production, based on state of the art technologies and tried-and-tested formulations is the hallmark of the plant’s 50 year tradition. The technological processes and the quality of raw materials are supervised by the company’s state-of-the-art laboratory.
The company won several awards and distinctions, including: silver medals and distinctions awarded by Polish Winery Council, the Q quality sign for the apple still drink, diploma from the President of Lublin Farming Chamber for the “Roztoczańska” mineral water.
